Why Meditation?

.Meditation is key in tapping into the wholeness and stillness of the Spirit within us. Often times, we are so caught up in the day-to-day things that are ours to do and be, that we lose touch with that center of peace that is within. Taking time to be still, to breathe and allow the God energy to move in and through us is imperative to living an abundant, well-balanced life. Starting with just 5 or 10 minutes of being still allows us to understand the joys of turning within and becoming more mindful of who and what we are.
