Virtual Member Code of Ethics
1. Be Kind and Loving All members are asked to be mindful of our true purpose as spiritual beings. We ask that you treat others both online and offline with kindness and respect. We discourage gossip, harmful interactions and conflict between groups and individuals. We gather to celebrate the wonder and beauty of all that God is. We are Love in Expression.
2. Serve Virtually with Joy and Enthusiasm We lovingly request that as a virtual member, you like and follow the Unity of Pensacola Facebook page, in addition to liking and sharing our Sunday Livestream. You never know when a simple share can make a huge difference in someone’s life. Help us in our mission to shift the collective consciousness of the world to positive!
3. Speak only the positive Unity of Pensacola is a Spiritual Community based on the teachings of Jesus the Christ. We believe we can change our lives when we change our minds and choose the words we speak carefully. Please be positive in your interaction with others while attending services, scheduled events and on social media. Speak to others as you wish to be spoken to. There is great power in the spoken word.
4. Honorable Behavior We lovingly request that all virtual members display behavior both online and offline that is acceptable and respectful at all times. Behavior that causes upset or conflict will be addressed in an attempt to find a win-win situation for all those involved.
5. You Have Value We are all divinely inspired by Creative Mind. Please understand that your opinion and voice matter to this Spiritual Community greatly, but not everyone’s opinion can be honored when we gather to express our vision and goals as an assembly of like-mind. We are always open to hearing the ideas of others and appreciate your willingness to express your thoughts, but please understand that we must keep in mind what best serves the whole of our congregation. Together we will accomplish great things!
